Let's begin with something about me. I love NBA basketball. My favorite team is the Indiana Pacers (yeah they suck hater) and I try to watch every game. As the NBA season draws to a close the Pacers are out of playoff contention (for those who don't know the playoffs happen after the season ends) and yet they keep winning games, decreasing their chances of getting a high draft pick and maybe a future superstar. This angers some fans, but I don't care. They just keep winning. The "experts" at ESPN predicted Indy would finish near the bottom of the East. My boys look to be 10th (instead of 14th or 15th) so suck it "experts." More on these guys later (and a playoff preview).
Change of pace after the jump.
I play A LOT of basketball and I love it. My style of play is considered strange by many that I play with. In response to my buddy Chris wondering aloud how young me learned to play and what that looked like I present My Origin Story.
In the beginning there was Pilgrim and a lack of a rim and it sucked. As a result we counted points by whether one was able to hit the metal piece that was left over from the torn down rim. So WTH is that above? That's called a floater. Read. Learn. Return.
Welcome back.
That's the move I used to score back then and I still do now, its just better. So I learned to ball without a rim for much of my formative years. This is why (maybe not fully) my game is so retarded now (but scary effective). The End.
